Immacolata House Care Home is a specialist, purpose-built dementia-friendly care home in Langport, nestled in the beautiful Somerset countryside. Immacolata features 49 private, en-suite rooms, multiple spacious living spaces, each with its own dining room and a home that has been carefully adapted to be dementia-friendly. Residents can enjoy our acres of stunning landscaped gardens, on-site hair salon and private minibus service, giving residents the option to visit local community groups and attractions.

Our Rooms

Every one of the 49 bedrooms at Immacolata House has been carefully created to offer comfort, privacy and a strong sense of independence. Designed with spacious en-suite bathrooms and equipped with 24-hour nurse call systems, our rooms provide both safety and reassurance at all times.

We encourage residents to bring treasured belongings such as family photographs, keepsakes and familiar items that help transform their room into a personal haven. This is especially valuable for individuals living with dementia, offering a sense of familiarity and continuity. While we provide expert care, we never forget that this is our residents’ home above all else, a place where they can feel truly themselves.

Dining

At Immacolata House, We believe that mealtimes are about more than just nourishment, they’re a chance to provide comfort, create routine and foster meaningful connections, especially for those living with dementia.

Every day, our skilled in-house chefs prepare delicious, seasonal dishes using fresh ingredients, served in bright, thoughtfully designed dining spaces that promote a calm and sociable atmosphere.

With multiple acres of beautifully landscaped, dementia friendly gardens, our residents with a passion for gardening feel right at home. Step into the landscaped gardens and you’ll find a patio area, winding pathways, planting boxes and a sensory garden.

Our gardens are carefully designed to be safe and secure, encouraging all our residents to take in some fresh air all whilst feeling safe and supported.

Residents of Immacolata House enjoy visiting our on-site hair salon, where they can look and feel their best.

Our team of professional Hairdressers and stylists is on hand to provide cuts and styling to help residents keep their preferred look.
